1. Conference Registration

By registering for TAPPCON 2026, delegates agree to the following terms:

• Conference registration for Days 2 & 3 is mandatory to attend a Day 1 Pre-Conference Workshop.
• Pre-conference workshops are limited to a maximum of 25 delegates per workshop.
• Workshop seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Post Graduate students must attach a Bonafide Certificate / Letter signed by their HOD during registration.

2. Registration Fees

The applicable registration fee is determined automatically based on the delegate category and registration date. Early bird pricing applies until 30 September 2026. Fees are communicated on the registration and checkout pages.

3. Payment

Payment details are provided on the checkout page. Payment verification and final confirmation are handled by the organising committee.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Please contact the organising committee for any cancellation or refund requests. Refunds are subject to committee approval and applicable deductions.

5. Code of Conduct

All delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and abide by the conference and workshop guidelines throughout the event.
